2006 was a good year with two-out-of-two MTB 1st place finishes locally, 3rd place in my first road omnium (Pro/1/2) and 2nd place in my first road TT.  Being able to race a couple crit races with both the Colavita women’s road team and the Ford Cycling (MTB) team.

 

The NORBA National Series was a jump to a whole other level of racing.  Elbows and knees, bumping into each other for position.  Going “fast” did not really work anymore, the Pro field is crazy fast, uphill and down.  I am starting to get it though. Thanks to everyone for their support!

GAP Final Series Standing: 1st/9 Senior (13-29) Sport Women

Beginner: Two 1^st place finishes (out of two Senior Beginner races)
